Director & DoP: Paul Mertins

In collaboration with Paul Mertins, who took on both the role of Director of Photography and Director, we realized a visually ambitious studio production as part of the Time-Based Media program at the University of Applied Sciences Mainz.

A central element of the set was a custom-built 6×8 meter water tank, designed to create natural reflections and atmospheric depth. To enhance the visual richness, we curated a diverse arrangement of plants and natural elements, transforming the studio into a lush, cinematic environment.

This project was both a technical and creative challenge, combining set design, lighting, and cinematography to explore immersive visual storytelling.
